Data I collect: your name, phone, email, budget, area and the message you write in the form, plus the reference of the property you ask about.

Purpose and legal basis: to answer your enquiry and send you property offers by email, phone and WhatsApp, based on your consents (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; Art. 21 of Spain's LSSI). You can withdraw either of them at any time by writing to info@indomitore.com.

Where data is stored: in my client management system (Notion). The form sends data via Cloudflare. These providers process data on my behalf, including outside the EEA, under EU standard contractual clauses.

How long: until you withdraw consent and no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless we start working together (then as required by property and tax law).

Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and the right to complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
